Breakfast:  Mini egg fritter with arugula, heirloom tomato, and garlic with side of local grapes 

Lunch: Sungold pesto chicken over spiralized beet pasta

Dinner: Pork stir fry with daikon radish, carrot, bok choy, cabbage, and mushroom over wild rice 

Treat:   Sweet potato chocolate nib cookies

        How It Works

  1. Each week I develop a menu consisting of 4 items: a healthful breakfast, a lunch, a dinner and a treat. A new menu comes out each Sunday by 11am, orders are due by noon on Thursday for Sunday pick-up.
  2. You choose whether you want meals for 3, 5, or 7 days of the week. Meals can come without the breakfast and/or the treat option.  Orders are made on a week-to-week basis.
  3. Meals are fully prepared and cooked for you to re-heat.  Each meal will be in an individual container.
  4. Meals are delivered to Iron Grip Gym located at 8608 University Green #1a, Middleton, WI 53562 and are available for pickup on Sundays from 8:30am – 11am.

All meals are gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free.  All meals are high in protein and fiber, designed to accompany an active lifestyle.

Food is sourced locally and sustainably when possible.
