THE JIST:

  • Individual or family customized meal preparation.
  • I typically spend ~1 day/week for about 3-5 hours preparing lunch & dinner entrees w/ sides for you to reheat all week. Essentially I will plan balanced meals and fully prepare them in your home.
  • I submit a menu to you each week based on your “Food Profile” where you include any diets or food preferences.  You have the opportunity to make any changes before the shopping is done; you can choose whether to do your own shopping or to have SBC do that for you.
  • In most cases I will use your home for preparations.  I am a fully licensed retail food seller, so if off-site arrangements need to be made, this is possible, but it is not as cost effective.
  • I specialize in creating meals that are nutritious yet full of flavor; drawing on inspiration from around the world.
  • I personally source as locally as possible to get the highest quality ingredients & to support farmers with integrity.
